EW. Bad breath!
Nobody likes it, that's why it's bad breath. Duh. So what are you gonna do about yours before that super romantic New Years Eve kiss at the stroke of midnight??
Well first you gotta know the source of the problem: your tongue!
There is a layer of bacteria on your tongue that helps break down leftover food… get rid of that, and you'll have that fresh and healthy breath for that lip lock!
On the flipside, it COULD be cavities or gum disease…so if it doesn't go away, make sure you get checked out by your dentist.
Chances are it's just your tongue though! Get at it!

Dannii Minogue looks fabulous, and she has some advice for all of you New Year’s Resolutioners out there!
1. Exercise by doing something you love
"Firstly do something you love otherwise you won't do it! I love walking, it's my favourite exercise; the thing I'm always happy to do. In London I like walking along the Thames, up to Battersea Park, around the park and back again. It's a fair hike and because it's a circuit I know roughly how long it takes so I can always set aside the right amount of time even on my busiest days."
2. Exercise with a friend
"Let's face it, you're much less likely to leave them freezing on a street corner somewhere while you slam the snooze button on your alarm clock for a third-straight time. When I power walk I'll go with Tabs or with Ruth Lorenzo who was on The X Factor with me. If you've promised to meet a friend you're not going to let them down whatever the weather and however hard the day ahead."
3. Find a place you like to exercise
"Finally, it's important to find a place that you enjoy exercising whether that's in a big, shiny gym with lots of exotic-looking machines or, if you're like me, somewhere special outdoors. When I'm in Melbourne I love doing the 1000 steps in the Dandenong Ranges, a nearly 2km rainforest climb. It's a beautiful place, I can hear the birds singing, and it just makes me want to exercise."
Such great advice! Get out there and make your resolutions happen!

If you need a little inspiration to hit your new year’s weight-loss resolutions you should pick up People’s new “Half Their Size” issue, which features stories from five women who have accomplished dramatic weight-loss goals.
One of the girls, Christina Cores, weighted 240 lbs at age 15, but after joining Curves and an online weight-loss community she lost all of the excess weight by the time she hit 22.
"I feel beautiful," says Cores, "and confident."

We’d like to think that people who hold powerful political offices keep all their promises, but New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is still struggling.
The governor says that he no longer makes new year’s resolutions because he can’t seem to keep them. Instead, he and his wife make resolutions to each other.
Unfortunately, Christie needs a little more than a resolution to get fix his problem — he weighs 550 pounds (as of last year).
While talking to Don Imus, he said, "I've tried every other crazy method in the world, but you just lose weight and you gain it back.”
We think you could be much healthier in 2011 if you just stuck with it! We believe in you!
