At Valentino's NYE shindig in Switzerland on Monday the designer blasted Madonna music into the wee hours of the night, at which point many of his insanely wealthy neighbors got their silk panties in a bunch.

A few even called the Swiss police!

While most people were donning their sparkliest of sparkles, Bar Refaeli went for something a little less flashy, but still seksi: leather!

The supermodel welcomed 2013 in Israel, wearing a houndstooth top paired with painted-on leather pants and a matching blazer.

Booties, a chunky black scarf and matching clutch rounded out the ensemble.

Bar doesn't often opt to cover up, but it's a refreshing change of pace. Well, for one night at least.

The 46 year old tweeted the seksi pic on New Year's Eve, telling her followers:
