"Take a deep breath and relax. Don't set yourself up for failure by placing unrealistic expectations on yourself.

10 New Year's resolutions is highly ambitious and unnecessary. Pick one thing, no matter how big or small, and focus on what you need to do to stick to it. Whether it is quitting smoking, helping your son get his math grade up, spending more quality time with your husband, toning up 5 pounds or saving for that trip you always wanted to take to Paris, take baby steps to accomplishing your New Year's goal and you'll get there."

Phew! That makes us feel soooo much better! We can't wait to choose what our big New Year's Resolution for 2012 will be! Whatever it is, we are determined to follow through with it!
