ISIS has released a new propaganda video that references New York City.
The clip began circulating the internet on Wednesday, showing footage of what appears to be a suicide bomber constructing an explosive for a belt.
Shots of Times Square are spliced in-between those of a faceless individual building a suicide belt. The footage shows taxis, crowds, and notable NYC storefronts.

The video did NOT show a bomber or radicalist in the city itself. But the clip did include video of French President François Hollande speaking after last week's tragic Paris attacks.
NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Stephen Davis acknowledges that this appears to be a threat towards the Big Apple, saying in a statement:
"While some of the video footage is not new, the video reaffirms the message that New York City remains a top terrorist target."
He made it clear that the police are treating the matter incredibly seriously, even though there is no word of any immediate threat, continuing:
