Officials Reveal Nick Cave's Son Fell To His Tragic Death After Taking LSD

We can't imagine the pain Nick Cave and his family are dealing with right now.

Almost four months after Nick's 15-year-old son Arthur Cave died in a tragic and terrifying fall, investigators have concluded the teenager ingested the hallucinogenic drug LSD shortly before his passing.

The revelation provides some closure to Arthur's loved ones who wondered why he'd walk off a dangerous cliff. One official explained:

"It's clear he could not know what was real and what was not real. It's completely impossible to know what was in Arthur's mind and what he was seeing. In Arthur's case, sadly, and I think mercifully, it was clear that he was not aware of what was going on," Ransom said. "The point of impact was the point of death."

So tragic and senseless. It's sad to know that one decision affected Cave's life in such a profound and final way.

During the inquest, Nick and his wife Susie Cave periodically had to leave the hearing during moments when graphic testimony about their son's death was revealed. Obviously, the "accidental" fall left Arthur with severe injuries.

In a heartbreaking post earlier this year, Arthur's mom posted the following throwback in the wake of her son's death. Take a look at the emotional message (below):

Philip Treacy Pays A Fascinating Tribute To The King Of Pop!

After a 12 year hiatus, Philip Treacy returned to the London Fashion Week catwalks on Sunday!

The milliner's Michael Jackson meets Africa-inspired S/S 2013 collection was modeled by an all-black cast of models outfitted in some of the King of Pop's costumes and all we can say is it was a Thriller!

Mr. Treacy said of his fascinating collection:

"It was based on Africa getting rich. A future Africa and they just happen to be wearing Michael Jackson’s clothes. Jackson was exceptional — his talent, the dancing, the image, and I was touched to be able to work with his clothes. They were at my studio for a month before the show, and they were really freaking me out. I’d lift up a box, and there’d be a sparkly glove.”

Speaking of sparkly gloves, that was hands down our favorite piece!

Besides the obvious tribute to Michael Jackson, Treacy also dedicated the show to his late friends Isabella Blow and Alexander McQueen, with a gospel choir which brought tears to those seated in the front row.

Wow. Bravo, Philip!

Check out more designs from the milliner's show (below)!

The Crow Gets A NEW Director

28 weeks later director to take on the crow

Back in October, we heard that Mark Wahlberg was up for the lead role in The Crow reboot, which had The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen's Stephen Norrington attached to direct…at the time.

Now, we've learned that Norrington is no longer attached to the project, and instead 28 Weeks Later's Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will now direct.

We've also learned that a new writer is reportedly being brought in. The previous draft of the script was written by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

This has really become a completely different project. It's like they're rebooting the reboot!

…Guess we probs won't be seeing Marky Mark in this one anymore.

How do U feel about all the recent changes to The Crow reboot? Do U think the 28 Weeks Later director is right for the project?

Tom Hardy and Shia To Share Big Screen

tom hardy to share big screen with shia labeouf

There's no way that this can be anything but cool!

Whether you're a supporter of Team Shia or not, The Wettest County in the World co-stars Tom Hardy, and the screenplay has been written by Nick Cave, which probs means he'll do the score as well…so yeah, it's going to be cool.

Hardy and LaBeouf are set to play the lead roles in County, which is based on Matt Bondurant's novel about a family of bootleggers during the Prohibition era. The story revolves around "crimes committed by and against them."

The film aims to start production this Spring.

Are U excited to see Tom and Shia share the big screen?
