The heiress wore a spring-perfect, pastel A-line dress by Valentino, who also hosted the event, and embellished peep-toe pumps.

Dewy makeup and a braided updo expertly added to the spring theme.

The ensem definitely borders on twee, but who cares, she's got a Rothschild on her arm!

What better mother-daughter outing than a fashion show!

Nicky Hilton, and her mom Kathy, spent their fourth of July in Paris attending the Valentino show. Nicky wore a leather-and-lace dress by the designer and Louboutin shoes. Kathy wore a ladylike yellow dress and silver T-strap heels.

We love both their looks and how well they complemented each other, but we wonder, where was Paris?
