Pearce tempts Nic with an offer to avenge his wife's attacker in only for the exchange for a favor later down the road.

Check out the newly released trailer (above) for Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, which hits theaters this February.

We'll probably skip this one…but then again, maybe this seemingly unnecessary sequel will surprise us and get shockingly good reviews, kind of like the new Mission: Impossible, which is 94% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes!

OR maybe we'll skip opening night of Ghost Rider 2, and instead watch some of Nic Cage's good movies from days gone by. Sigh…Adaptation, Leaving Las Vegas, Raising Arizona…Sigh…

After losing his precious Action Comics No. 1 (the debut of Superman) to a trifling thief, Nicolas Cage gave up all hope on collecting comics.

He sold his treasure of rarities for $1.5 million. But then! Miracle of miracles! The lost original was rightfully returned to Nic.

With Action Comics No. 1 back in possession, what does he do? Treasure it? Put it in a safe? Nooo!

He auctions it off for $2.16 million!!!! The comic is one of only 100 copies left — the new owner better take great care of it!

In an ironic sort of place that is equally HIGHlarious!

Remember that movie Raising Arizona? It's the one where - 80s SPOILER ALERT - Nicolas Cage and Holly Hunter steal a baby and go on the run.

Well, for some odd reason we can't even begin to fathom, a shot from the film ended up on the cover of a Serbian 8th grade biology textbook.

Gosh! Is that where babies really come from? Rich people in Arizona?!

Nicolas Cage's nearly prestine copy of Action Comics No. 1 is for sale on the comic book collection website, comicconnect.com

And it's on pace to sell for two million dollars?

Originally stolen from Nic Cage back in 2000 and recovered April 2011, the comic book is currently at 900,000 dollars and the auction ends on November 30, 2011.

This would make the comic the most expensive comic book sold on the open market.

The comic is particularly famous as it is the first appearance of Superman back in 1938. The comic was found by a stroke of luck when a man bought the contents of an abandoned storage locker in San Fernando Valley.

While it is not official the found comic is Cage's, the history of the comic matches Nic's stolen copy.

Experts are claiming the actor as the owner and it is listed under Nicolas Cage on the auction website.

But seriously, two million dollars for a comic book?! A comic book no one can touch or read?!

That's a lot of money for 70 year old paper!

Wait, what??

Nicolas Cage's ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton and their son Weston Cage will star in their own reality show that's called, get this - Uncaged.

LOL, yup.

According to an insider:

"Christina said the show will be like a modern-day Addams Family. Weston just wants to show the world he's not mentally ill."

Ummm, okaaaaay. Does the world really need a reality show to demonstrate that??

Meanwhile, Christina is also working on an album with the same name where she'll be taking jabs at Nic.

WTF?! Is she serious about that??

So weird!
