Nicole Richie loves hitting the gym, and now we know why she was always working out — to get her bod ready for Saint Barts!

On Sunday, the fashion designer was spotted relaxing on a lounge chair in the ocean, and even though the blue water was very pretty, the sight of Nicole's physique was even prettier.

We're loving Miz Richie's bikini bod 'cuz it sure is slim and fills out all the right places!!

Sure sure, Whole Foods DOES sell some pretty unhealthy stuff, but it's way less than normal stores and you can totally avoid it if you want to!

The couple was spotted leaving Whole Foods sporting a few bags each, sharing the hefty load back to their car or helicopter or whatever they took to the store. Maybe they're going to cook us dinner??

Is it just us, or does Nicole Richie always look like she's ready to take on the world after she finishes a workout?!?

On Wednesday, the beautiful fashionista stepped out of the Tracey Anderson Studios in Studio City, and as soon as she walked down the stairs, we could see her adorable leather jacket, cute scarf and leopard print tote.

If Nicole wasn't wearing her Nike spandex pants and sneakers, we would've thought that she was about to hit the runway.

Because SRSLY though! Who else would look this good after sweating it up?!?

When it comes to workouts, we assume that Nicole Richie does NOT half ass her fitness!

That's why it's okay that we jump to conclusions and make assumptions that she's bench pressing cars, possibly SUV/crossovers! LOLz!

We kid, we kid — but Nicole Richie DOES look like she's in fab shape, and we're willing to bet it's because of all the hard work she puts in at the gym! We might not know specifically what she does, but it's working!

Let's hope it's something cool and high-impact, like bear wrestling.

Nicole Richie looks damn good after a work out!

The fashion designer visited a gym in Studio City yesterday, and once she left, she put on a whole mess of clothes.

It's normal for people to take off garments after getting a work out because of sweat and what not, but instead, Richie covered up with a scarf and jacket.

We wish Nicole would've let us see her fit bod, but it's better for her to bundle up… just in case she was cold!

Guess we're just gonna have to wait to see her physique until the next time she decides to take a plunge. LOLz
