The television series wrapped, but drama keeps flowing down Wysteria Lane!!

Nicolette Sheridan’s attorneys brought new documents to court today in the hopes of bolstering her wrongful termination retrial. Her first lawsuit against Touchstone, as you remember, ended in a hung jury.

This evidence apparently proves Sheridan was fired from Desperate Housewives because she whined to the network about show-runner Marc Cherry striking her in the head.

What the??? This sounds like a deleted scene from the show!!

Apparently the Desperate Housewives trial is 'hopelessly' deadlocked, despite it leaning 8-4 in one of the directions.

We just don't know which.

So the judge has sent the jurors home to think about it all over the weekend to see if they can't come up with a decision on Monday — if not, there will be a mistrial.
