New York Fashion Week was in full swing on Friday with the filming of Project Runway's season 9 finale at Lincoln Center.

Designer L'Wren Scott joined Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Michael Kors meaning she'll be serving as the guest judge this time around.

Like last season, they sent the collections of the remaining contestants as of last night's episode down the runway so the real finalists would still be a mystery.

Somewhere between fashion directing Marie Claire and judging Project Runway, Nina Garcia has written a book!

The new book titled Nina Garcia's Look Book: What To Wear For Every Occasion, which helps ladies in need pick out what to wear for those oh so important events.

Sounds practical.

Nina's new book, filled with original illustrated pictures by Ruben Toledo, hits shelves August 10th.
