Pokémon Go has allowed players to catch their favorite Pokémon by exploring their real life towns and cities, which is a dream come true for any aspiring trainer.

But to everyone else, the game is causing such a nuisance, it's not even legal!

According to a new lawsuit filed in California federal court, the augmented reality mobile game is encouraging its users to break nuisance laws.

Plaintiff Jeffrey Marder noticed youths with their phones in hand lingering outside his West Orange, New Jersey home in the first week following the game's release.

But things soon got worse when players went as far to ask if they could catch Pokémon in Marder's backyard! The lawsuit filed by attorney Jennifer Pafiti states:

Pokémon Go's Incredible Success Helps Score Green Light For First Ever Live-Action Pokémon Movie!

We choose you, Detective Pikachu!

Despite debuting way back in 1995, Pokémon is currently at the peak of its popularity thanks to Pokémon Go.

The Niantic augmented reality app already has more daily users than every other social media service, which perfectly exemplifies why we're not shocked that a live-action Pokémon movie is officially a go!

That's right, nerds! Legendary Entertainment will be teaming up with The Pokémon Company to create a feature-length adaptation of their newest video game, Detective Pikachu, with production starting as early as 2017.

While there's no direct relation between Pokémon Go and the new movie… it cannot be a coincidence that the project was announced just two weeks after the game's American release and subsequent 25 percent jump in stock for Nintendo.

There's no word on casting just yet… but we think it's safe to say Danny DeVito is the clear choice to voice Pikachu, right?!

Plus, Universal will be handling the distribution rights for the fast-tracked film, so hopefully that means even more IRL Pokémon when Universal Studios eventually opens Nintendo Land!

Officer Jenny would not approve…

If you're even slightly up-to-date on gaming culture, then you're probably aware of how immensely popular Pokémon Go has become in its first two weeks of release in America.

The Nintendo app has already been making headlines for a number of scary situations — including dead bodies being found, players falling off cliffs, and even a shooting — but the game may have just had its most dangerous incident yet!

Video: Justin Bieber Wants To Be The Very Best, Like No One Ever Was

That's because a distracted driver trying to catch 'em all crashed into a parked Baltimore Police Department cruiser early Monday morning… and the cops caught the entire thing on video!

Luckily, no one was hurt, and the officers used the accident to warn other trainers-in-training to play safe… but it's still a pretty jolting clip to watch.

For some reason, the driver was only cited on suspicion of causing the crash despite clear video evidence, but we're just glad no one was seriously injured!

We hope they had some paralyze heals in their pockets!

Pokémon Go has done an incredible job of getting its millions of players up and out of the house in the week that it's been out… but there may be negative side effects to some players' sudden physical fitness.

That's because two Pokémon trainers from California reportedly fell off a 100-ft. cliff while playing the game on Wednesday!

Apparently, the two users — who were both in their early 20s — were playing the Nintendo app in Encinitas near San Diego when they jumped a fence to get to a sandstone bluff in an attempt to catch 'em all… except they lost their footing on the crumbling rock!

Cemetery Begs Gamers To Stop Playing Pokémon Go On Top Of Rosa Parks' Grave

This seems like a pretty reasonable request to us.

As you've surely noticed by now, most of today's youths have found themselves completely wrapped up in the world of Pokémon.

Pokémon Go has only been out for a week, and it's already become one of the most popular apps on social media — it even has more active users than Tinder and Twitter on Android right now!

But unfortunately, with great power comes great responsibility… and it seems as though some Pokémon trainers aren't being respectful of where they're playing.

According to a TMZ report out Wednesday, Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit is currently begging players to keep away from their grounds… because people have reportedly been playing the game on top of Rosa Parks' grave!

Apparently, Nintendo inexplicably made one of their designated PokéStops on top of a mausoleum, and while this has brought more people to the cemetery, it also means an increase in inappropriate behavior from kids and adults like.

We know you gotta catch 'em all… but please be considerate of your surroundings.

LGBT Pokémon Go Users Are At War With The Westboro Baptist Church… See The First Shots Fired In The Strangest Feud Of All Time!

Even Team Rocket isn't this evil!

In what's easily the most esoteric controversy we've ever encountered… habitual bigots the Westboro Baptist Church found themselves in a bit of an Internet war with gaymers over the weekend, and we're still confused by the whole ordeal.

It all started when Pokémon Go users noticed that Nintendo had trolled the hateful religious organization by placing a virtual gym at its location on Wednesday.
