Just another pleasant evening in the life of a unwed, teenage mother reality star.

Last night, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood called the police to her home, claiming that the father of her daughter, Gary Shirley, was harassing her. She filed a complaint with the officers, claiming that Gary was continually calling her with his girlfriend, Ashley, and giving her a hard time.

Um, doesn't that kind of go against that whole "No Contact Order" you two are supposed to have? Did ya'll forget about that already?

Though neither Amber or Gary have made an official statement about what went on last night to the press, Gary's girl Ashley ran came forward to insist that she was not with Gary last night, thus shouldn't be considered a part of this foolishness. This, of course, goes against a previous report that Ashley is constantly calling the Teen Mom star and Amber has 28 missed messages to prove.

And the story goes around and around and around….

Every time we talk about these girls, we feel like we're in the middle of 9th grade bathroom brawl. They come up with the most ridiculous things to fight about and what's worse is they've gotten cocky enough to think their problem warrant the police's attention.

You know who needs attention? YOUR BABY! Where's she while you guys are crank calling each other? Anyone want to answer us that?!

So much for learning that lesson!

Now that Teen Mom Amber Portwood is out of jail, one would think that she would try and get her act together, but sources close to the reality star revealed that upon her release, she instead went out DRINKING - despite being underage - with her cellmate and members of the paparazzi! And she even hooked up with one of them!

Bleck!

The insider reveals:

“Amber was partying and drinking over New Year’s weekend. She hung out with her jailmate and two paparazzos. It seems like her new friend is a bad influence and probably not someone Amber should be hanging out with. She got drunk with the paparazzi and she even hooked up with one of them. She spent the night and then the next day they went to IHOP for breakfast.”

So much for getting back together with her baby daddy, Gary Shirley!

But we suppose that 'no contact' order is for the best then!

We sincerely hope this doesn't become a habit, or we predict that you'll be back in court in no time!

Some people never learn.

Despite the judge placing a 'No Contact' order between Teen Mom's Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley, her baby daddy has already been in touch with court officials to see if the judge will lift the ban!

And even though there's quite a bit of paperwork involved, Gary expressed "interest" in getting that done.

We guess reports of them hoping to reconcile are legit!

Even if history doesn't repeat itself, we'd hope you'd both take some time after this whole mess to mature on your own before getting involved with each other again!

Now that charges are being brought against Teen Mom's Amber Portwood and she's been arrested for acting out physically against baby daddy, Gary Shirley, she was devastated to discover that she has a 'no contact' order keeping her from her daughter Leah!

A source reveals:

“She's scared. But her thoughts were with Leah and she knew Leah was going to be taken care of. Gary is very upset because he didn't want to see anything happen to Amber. If he had it his way no charges would be brought against her. He only wants his family back and intact for Leah. He wants her out of jail so he can have his family back. He knows she feels bad about everything that has happened. Amber wants to put this all behind her and move on with her life. She is hoping there will be no more jail time. She is just trying to get it all together for Leah's sake."

She's currently being held on $5,000 bail, and is expected to enter a plea to the charges during her arraignment today.

Such an unfortunate situation.

Hopefully this all can be resolved soon, and Amber will learn that violence in any capacity is never acceptable.
