Alicia Keys took the stage at last night's 12-12-12: Concert For Sandy Relief fundraiser held at Madison Square Garden, and as she was born and raised in New York City, there was no denying how truly important it was for her to contribute to those still struggling to bounce back from the devastating superstorm…as it permeated throughout every note she sang!

That sneaky singer waited until the end of the concert to belt THAT number out, along with all the other artists from the event joining her on stage, and you can see it all for yourself…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
