As you may recall, ER’s Noah Wyle landed himself in a real life emergency sitch after being thrown in the slammer during a Medicaid protest in Washington, D.C. earlier this year.
Although the courts laid the law down, there was one person that had his back

He may have been standing up for what he believes in, but now, he's going to have to do it again in a court of law!
Noah Wyle and 73 others were arrested late in April for protesting Congress' decision to cut Medicaid with the disability-advocacy group ADAPT in the rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building in D.C., and now, they all must be appear in court next Tuesday!
One such member, Marsha Katz, whose husband is in a wheelchair, says:

We bet his former co-star George Clooney has a few words of encouragement for him!
Noah Wyle, who starred with the actor on ER, was also arrested today during a political protest against Congress cutting Medicaid in Washington D.C.!
The actor was with 100 other members of the group ADAPT, a group attempting to protect the elderly and those with disabilities from being forced into nursing homes, instead of being able to afford home care!
Wow! Good for him!
Such a worthy cause!
Keep standing your ground, guys!

If you've never seen this movie before, it's worth the watch - or at least the space on your DVR.
Tonight, TNT will air the Pirates of Silicon Valley, the 1999 Emmy-nomiated telefilm about the late co-founder Steve Jobs. The network will air back-to-back broadcasts, which stars Noah Wyle as Steve Jobs, Anthony Michael Hall as Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Joey Slotnick as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. It's a great watch for anyone who isn't familiar with the early days of Steve and the Apple company.
Upon hearing the news of Steve's passing, Noah issued this statement, saying:

Sounds like this one will probably be around for quite a few seasons!
TNT's Steven Spielberg-produced Falling Skies had an extremely impressive series premiere back in June, bringing in 5.9 million viewers!!!
Looks like the show hasn't lost any steam over the first season, because

Just seven months after splitting from his wife of nine years, former E.R. star, Noah Wyle was spotted having a romantic rendezvous with actress Gina Gershon, who is seven years his senior.
Wyle and the cougarlicious star were seen last week at the Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, California having quite the extravagant date. The two arrived for a lavish four-course dinner "arm in arm around sunset, and they were dressed to the nines."
According to sources:
"Noah and Gina are clearly in love. They spend a lot of time together at Gina's Los Angeles home and at Noah's place near Santa Barbara. They're a good match and have tons in common. They like the same movies, books, and music. They even have keys to each other's homes."
Sounds serious!
Hmm, we wonder if Showgirls is one of the movies they have in common?
