Josh Brolin Will Morph Into Clive Owen For Sin City: A Dame To Kill For!

Oh man, you guys!

After seven years of anticipation, we FINALLY know what Clive Owen's character in Sin City looked like before he had facial reconstruction surgery!

Here's a hint: it's A LOT like Josh Brolin!

That's right, fresh on the heels of the news that Joseph Gordon Levitt dropped out of The Guardians of the Galaxy casting race to secure himself a role in the long-awaited sequel to 2005 noir smash, A Dame To Kill For, the Gangster Squad star - who recently got himself into a little trouble with the law for public intoxication - has also joined the cast of the Robert Rodriguez adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel series as a younger version of Dwight!

For those of you unfamiliar with the first film, the character mentioned in the original film that he had recently gone under the knife to disguise himself from authorities, and as the vignettes that comprise these films tend to be non-linear and out of order, it makes sense that both actors will get to appear in the same role in the same movie!

As Rodriguez and Miller said in a statement:

Matthew McConaughey's And Killer Joe Director Don't Blame Violent Movies For Colorado Shooting

Killer Joe violence shooting incident debate

Last Friday's shooting spree inside of a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises has prompted the usual response from the public — who should we blame?

Some are pointing their fingers at violence portrayed in film and television, while others are blaming gun control. With the tragedy occurring just a week before the release of Matthew McConaughey's NC-17 trailer park noir, Killer Joe, the actor and the film's director have weighed in on the debate.

William Friedkin, an Oscar-winning filmmaker who most famously scared the crap out of us with his interpretation of The Exorcist, sided with gun control and stated:

Ashley Greene Is Urban & Chic For Nylon

Hey pretty lady, you're looking fierce!

Ashley Greene is on the cover of Nylon magazine's August issue donning some super sultry poses, and we love it.

With her new flick, The Apparition due to drop next month, the actress is gaining more publicity fronting the mag in a DKNY blazer, Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren jean shorts, What Goes Around Comes Around top, turquoise pin by Vanessa Mooney and Noir bracelet.

The actress was shot by Marvin Scott Jarrett, and he captured her in the most beautiful way possible.

In her interview with Nylon, Greene talked about trying to make it in the acting industry and her Twilight days ending:

Watch Matthew McConaughey Get NC-17 In The Killer Joe Trailer

If you're looking for a movie that isn't suitable for ANYBODY under the age of 17, this might be it.

Matthew McConaughey gets in touch with his dark side in the trailer park noir Killer Joe. The actor plays a crooked detective who moonlights as a hitman for hire. When a debt puts Emile Hirsch's life in danger, he calls on Killer Joe to dispose of his mother in order to collect on her life insurance money.

From the looks of it, however, things don't go according to plan. Life lesson #294: Never trust a hitman.

Check out the trailer (above) to see your first glimpse of this NC-17 crime thriller!

Looks inntesting … but we just can't stop thinking about what Magic Mike would look like if it was rated NC-17! Mmm!

Coldplay Becomes Movie Producer

Coldplay producing feature film

As if conquering the music industry after becoming one of the worlds most successful bands wasn't enough, Coldplay is getting in on the film industry as well.

The band is producing a contemporary noir film called Ashes starring Ray Winstone, Jim Sturgess, Lesley Manville, Jodie Whittaker, and Luke Evans.

Not a bad cast at all, but where's Gwyneth Paltrow? C'mon, Chris!

We kid, we kid. With all of her success this past year, we're sure she's booked solid for the next two.

This could be inneresting.

Are U excited to check out Coldplay's first movie?
