SIGHting

Spotted: Jennifer Aniston was seen sporting her first tattoo located on the inside of her right foot.

Was it for her new beau Justin Theroux? Nope.

The tattoo reads "Norman" in honor of her beloved Welsh corgi-terrier, who died on May 15, 2011.

So, so sweet.

“He died a few weeks ago. He was an old dog and it was just his time.”

Aniston has previously described the pooch as a quiet canine who enjoyed resting at her feet. Just a few moths ago Jen said Norman wsa the long term man in her life:

“He’s my baby boy, Norman goes with me on location — I’ve got to take Norman.”

Madonna's New Boy Toy Speaks!

madonnas new boy toy speaks up

Madonna's new boy toy, 24-year old Brahim Zaibat, has got a lot to say about his relationship with Madge.

Here's what Zaibat had to say about how things started up between the two:

"It all started on September 22nd at the launch of Madonna's new ready-to-wear clothing range. My mate Norman, who danced for her and who became her personal trainer, asked me to dance at the evening. I performed a solo to Material Girl. Then I met Madonna on the sidelines, and she just thanked me for my show. It wasn't like meeting a monster! She's just a woman like all the others. She's an extraordinary artist and world famous, of course, but a woman above all. You know she wasn't the first well known female singer I'd met. I was delighted to meet her but not stressed out."

We're glad to hear she wasn't monster-like! Here's Zaibat on why the couple went public about their relationship:

"It wasn't her deliberate decision and it wasn't mine. We were in a club and we were seen dancing together. It was because it was Madonna that the affair took on massive proportions. Nothing was calculated by us. We had a nice night together without thinking that there might be paparazzi there."

And here's Zaibat on rumors about him and his past:

"To make things clear. Lots of stories are going around about me and some are completely false. Those about my supposed edgy past in the suburbs, for example. All the claims of my mother, completely invented. Now I want to speak for myself, I hope so that people can discover a little bit about who I really am. I had a normal childhood. We were four children, and because my mother brought us up on her own I took on the role of a substitute father. Apart from this, I enjoyed exactly the same childhood as any other kid from my social class. At around 13 or 14, dance became an obsession for me, and I quickly reached a high standard, thanks to my flexibility which was exceptional. Then I formed the Pockemon Crew and, in 2003, I became champion of the world. It all happened very quickly."

Inneresting stuff, Zaibat! As we've said before, we think you two look really good together, and we wish you all the best!

Thoughts???

Gay Oklahoma Teen Commits Suicide After Gay-Hating City Council Debate

Filed under: Gay Gay GayR.I.P.Sad Sad

gay-teen-zach-harrington-takes-life-after-city-council-debate-regarding-lgbt-history-month

Another devastating loss.

A homosexual teenager in Oklahoma took his own life after attending a City Council meeting in which he endured a three hour debate between town members over whether or not Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender History Month would be recognized as valid.

Although the Council ended up voting in favor of the proclamation, 19-yeard-old Zach Harrington was present to hear various residents express their opposition of the LGBT community, including some's conspiracies that homosexuals would try to infiltrate the school system and outright denial that marriage equality was a civil rights issue.

Harrington's family now believes that Zach, who was an incredibly sensitive young man, would have taken that kind of bigotry extremely personally, and that being present for the discussion was ultimately "toxic."

Sister Nikki says:

“When he was sitting there, I’m sure he was internalizing everything and analyzing everything … that’s the kind of person he was. I’m sure he took it personally. Everything that was said. When we talk about our feelings in a hypothetical way and we send our toxic thoughts out in a public setting that way, they will affect people in a negative way. People need to think about the things they are saying and ask themselves, ‘Is this right?’”

His father, Van, continues:

“I don’t think it was a place where he would hear something to make him feel more accepted by the community. For somebody like Zach, it (the meeting) was probably very hard to sit through. He feared for his safety on many occasions at (Norman North), and other people like him. Even though he was 6-4, he was passive and I’m sure being gay in that environment didn’t help. I don’t have any anger … I just hope those people look inside themselves and put themselves in somebody else’s shoes before saying things like that. Maybe if more of us did that, well, maybe things would’ve turned out different.”

This is truly just gutting.

It breaks our heart to think that a talented young man with a such a bright future would feel like he would never be able to rise above the bigotry he experienced in his community.

We once again beg other young people who feel persecuted, isolated, and alone to not give up hope, and reach out to someone they trust. It can and WILL get better.

Our deepest condolences go out to Zach's family and loved ones.
