Luckily that supersized blunt wasn’t involved in 2 Chainz's case — one that is now far behind him.

The marijuana charges the rapper was facing stemmed from a case where he was pulled over for speeding.

After being suspected of smelling a leeettle bit like the wacky weed, he was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a massive joint marijuana paraphernalia.

He didn’t fold easily as he fought the charges and ended up being found not guilty!

The shooter behind Aurora, Colorado's Dark Knight massacre let the judge do his work for him on Tuesday.

James Holmes wasn't ready to enter his plea by the judge's deadline, so the judge entered 'not guilty' by default.

However, the judge will allow James to enter a 'not guilty by reason of insanity' plea at a later date if he chooses.

As we've previously discussed, James is being charged for 142 crimes, including 24 first degree murders as well as 116 counts of attempted murder.

Once the jury makes their verdict, the judge will then decide if he is to face life in prison or a death sentence if the verdict is guilty… which, everyone is assuming it will be.

Back in October, Linda Hogan was arrested for DUI, and after a few months passed — she finally went to court and pleaded not guilty!!

When Hulk Hogan's ex-wifey was arrested, she claimed to have only downed one glass of champagne, which put her blood alcohol level over the California limit, but according to Linda's rep… she had taken antibiotics, which made her BAL seem wacky.

Miz Hogan is looking at facing up to 18 months in the slammer for two counts of DUI if the court finds out that she's lying, but we doubt her next home is gonna be a jail cell.

After all, she's too pretty to be locked up. LOLz

Linda is set to return to court for a hearing on March 21.

Edward Furlong, who played a young John Connor in Terminator 2, has plead not guilty to a battery charge from him allegedly attacking his girlfriend… again. Yuck!

That's right, this is just the most RECENT case of him doing this, as he's been accused three times in three months.

Disgusting!

He was arrested by cops on Sunday for the crime, and entered the plea of NOT GUILTY in court today. He's still in jail until he's bailed out with $30,000.

A pretrial is set for Jan. 25th, which means he won't have to wait Furlong until he's back in court.

This doesn't look good, Edward. Anyone who was holding out on those other two times being a mistake should probably not hold their breath anymore. Domestic violence (or any kind for that matter) is abysmal.

Sally Struthers is innocent… according to Sally Struthers.

The actress has pled "Not Guilty" of to charges she drove drunk in Ogunquit, Maine.

If you keep up with Sally's antics, you may recall that was pulled over and taken into custody where she was charged with operating under the influence before being released on just $160 cash bail back in in September.

Now, Archie Bunker's daughter will have to defend her innocence in court, at a bench trail.

If the actress is found guilty she will face a $400 fine and a 90-day license suspension — which, if you ask us (or Lindsay Lohan) isn't horrible.

Isn’t that what they always say? LOLz!

Bobby Brown has pled "not guilty" after his recent DUI in October. At the time, he was also charged with driving with a restricted license and also driving a car that didn’t have a breathalyzer device in it.

The last two stipulations were a result of his second DUI this year, and third ever.

Amanda Bynes is an innocent woman… according to her lawyer!

The former Amanda Show star has pled "not guilty" to 2 counts of driving on a suspended license.

We're not exactly sure how that works. There is documentation and witnesses (including cops) to her joy riding around Burbank while her license was suspended… how can she say she's not guilty?

Perhaps she'll accuse Lindsay Lohan of driving her car for her! HA!

Truthfully, we're not at all surprised by Amanda's plea.

If the gurl refuses to turn herself in for her hit-and-run, she can't say we're shocked she's not taking responsibility for this!
