Christopher Chaney, the hacker who managed to obtain personal photos of a seXXXy nature from the email accounts of stars like Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera, has been sentenced to 10 years in jail!

Back in 2011, Chaney shopped around nude photos of the aforementioned celebs to various websites, and although he initially claimed innocence, he finally admitted to his crimes.

Christopher will now spend ten years in a Los Angeles prison.

The Irish Daily Star has become the third magazine, following France's Closer and Italy's Chi, to showcase the snaps of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing nude during a recent vacation, but now, the man responsible for its financing has decided to stop giving them money in protest of the decision!

Richard Desmond chairs Northern & Shell in the UK, but through a joint venture in Independent News and Media, is responsible for the Irish Daily Star's funding.

The Palace has just announced the beginning of their lawsuit against French magazine Closer following their decision to publish topless photos of Kate Middleton from the Duke and Duchess' vacation.

Short and sweet, a rep from the palace states:

"Legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France."

Right on the heels of Prince Harry's nude photo scandal comes Kate Middleton's!

But hers wasn't the effect of reckless partying…

The darling Duchess was enjoying a PRIVATE vacation with her husband on a PRIVATE estate when the paps caught her topless from afar and went snap-snap-snap!

The photos were then sold to Closer magazine, who decided to publish the four-page spread as well as an XXX cover!
