Now that she's an Oscar winner, Octavia Spencer, is switching careers!
Don't worry, she's not done with acting. Howeves, The Help star revealed that she will be taking some extra time to write a children's book series! Octavia gushed:
"They’re books about sleuthing. I’m a detective by nature. I have one book written and two that are already being mapped out."
Her inspiration? Spencer says:
"I’m a huge forensics person. I watch all the case study shows. I love them.”
We're sure the creators of Law & Order and CSI will be happy to hear they inspire greatness!
Her series hasn't been picked up by a publisher, yet, but we're looking forward to hearing more about Octavia Goose's work!

Oh what a night!
Last night, all of Hollywood glammed up and stepped out for the 84th annual Academy Awards, and some walked away with the best piece of swag in the industry!
The top prize of the evening went to The Artist, marking the first time since the Oscars first ceremony a silent film has won the award for Best Motion Picture. The flick actually brought in four coveted little gold statues, including best director and actor for Jean Dujardin, who could not have been more thrilled to beat out most of Hollywood's most celebrated men!
