The murder weapon was never found and ended up being a key component of his acquittal, so it's worth about about $5 million to somebody out there.

Well, sorta new.

Texas private investigator James Dear claims that O.J's son, Jason Simpson was the killer of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, not the former football star.

In his new book (yep, another book), O.J. Is Innocent And I Can Prove It (catchy title), Dear claims he has proof that Jason was the real murderer.

Dear has tried to accuse Jason of killing his stepmother and her friend before in a documentary that nobody watched.

Now, he's trying a book.

The gumshoe says he's spent six years on the case and says O.J. was at the scene, but not until AFTER the murders.

LAPD detectives determined Jason's alibi was legit but it seems like Dear begs to differ.

We'll see if anything comes out of these claims. Our guess?? Probably not.

This is so effed up.

In the latest Desperate Housewives vs. Nicollette Sheridan dramz, creator Marc Cherry says he used the term "OJ" to describe the death of Nicollette's character.

Long before the infamous slap heard around the world, Cherry insists that her character was destined to die - and he has proof in his notes.

Cherry says he would write things down such as "Steven drinks OJ," which referred to her on-screen husband killing her, while ALSO, referring to OJ Simpson, who killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown.

W…T…F!!!

That is SOOOO tacky and disrespectful. Ew! It just puts such a bad taste in our mouths!

Can we all agree that both parties in this case have acted extremely inappropriate and childish??

O.J. Simpson's house in Florida is going into foreclosure.

And PETA wants to buy it!

PETA is asking JP Morgan, the bank who is repossessing the home, to donate it to them so they can turn it into a "Meat Is Murder" museum.

PETA's president wrote to JP Morgan's CEO:

"Our museum will remind visitors that violence may not always be preventable but that it sometimes can be prevented and that nonviolence begins on our plates.

For instance, many wonderful flesh-and-blood individuals—who feel pain and fear as acutely as humans do and who value their lives in much the same way—are knifed to death every day for nothing more than a fleeting taste of flesh."

Obviously PETA is making several references to O.J.'s murder case.

Now O.J. is currently serving 9 to 33 years in prison for armed robbery and kidnapping, and he owes almost $725,000.

Will JP Morgan donate 3/4 of a million dollars to PETA so they can make several bad puns about an over 15-year-old murder case and try and push vegetarianism?

We'll have to wait and see.

(Though we're guessing most likely no, it won't happen.)
