Welp! We called that before this case even began in 2010.
Jennifer Lopez was sued by a woman named Claudia Vazquez because the singer blocked her and ex-husband Ojani Noa from producing a Telemundo film called I Owe JLo.
Vazquez argued that
And Jennifer Lopez is the one who wants him arrested!
The former American Idol judge married her first love, Ojani Noa, in 1997 and then divorced him in 1998. Before that though, she made the mistake of letting him video tape her in compromising positions during their honeymoon.
She's been battling the release of the potentially embarassing footage ever since and successfully forced her ex to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Now she wants him to pay for all of her legal efforts to suppress the tape, but he never showed at a debtor hearing on July 26.
As a result, a new hearing has been set and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Court docs state:
Although the couple have remained amicable so far during the majority of the proceedings, Marc's attorneys have reportedly reached out to J. Lo's first husband, Ojani Noa - because he may be aware of offshore accounts the pop star supposedly is hiding!
According to sources:
She's in the clear!
Although the alleged 'intimate' video between Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, was reported to be stolen yesterday by the co-executive producer of the project ideally featuring the footage, Ed Meyer, he was ordered into a courtroom Wednesday and forced to return the video to the singer's attorney, Jay Lavely.
As we've posted, Noa's current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, was in possession of the tape before Meyer allegedly took the data drive from her house without permission, so her lawyer, Cris Armentia, sent him a letter that demanded that he not only appear in court to return the contents, but also that he delete any files he may have on his own hard drive featuring the content in question.
Damn! They're not messing around!
Too bad, so sad!
We'll be curious to see if this footage actually stays buried!

Lucky break for J. Lo.
Jennifer Lopez was NOT pleased when she learned that her ex-husband Ojani Noa had been given permission to release an intimate home video of the two, and last week she filed an appeal to stop this from happening.
Things def seem to be looking up for J. Lo, because an L.A. Country Superior Court judge has granted Jennifer a restraining order against Noa's girlfriend Claudia Vasquez.
Now that the restraining order has been enacted, Claudia won't be able to release the tape along with J. Lo's ex because they need Jennifer's sign off, which will not happen with an active restraining order.
Guess we'll see what happens from here. On the one hand, we're happy for Jen, but as we said before, we're admittedly very curious to discover what's on the tape!
What do U think is going to happen? Will J. Lo's tape ever see the light of day?
