The actress revealed that she was asked to take the job by producers, and was very touched and thrilled to accept!

Bethany Joy Galeotti, the tenured actress on One Tree Hill, is divorcing her husband, Michael Galeotti, after six years of marriage and one beautiful baby girl together.

Galeotti broke the news on her blog stating:

“I’m sorry to say that Michael and I have decided to divorce. We remain friendly and dedicated to raising our beautiful girl in love and we appreciate your prayers and support during this difficult time.”

We wish them both all our best!!

Wow. Two major chapters ending in her life: her marriage and her TV show.

During the final episode on April 4th, One Tree Hill fans will get two hours of drama and closure. Along with OTH, The CW has set the finales of all their shows including The Ringer, whose season finale is remarkably early.

The freshman drama ends April 17th, making way for newbie The L.A. Complex. At least there's a week to heal from OTH's ending?

It's sad to see One Tree Hill go after nine seasons. We can only hope there isn't an OC or Sopranos' ending planned!

He's back!

Chad Michael Murray finally returns to his old stomping grounds, reprising his role on CW's One Tree Hill.

The episode, titled Last Known Surroundings, is an emotional one where he he lends a hand to his friend Haley who is conducting her own investigation into Nathan's mysterious addiction.

In this sneak peek above, Chad's character Lucas meets his nephew Jamie for the first time since leaving the show two years ago. Boy has gotten BIG!

This is a little emotional for OTH fans!
