Sea Buckthorn Is The New Superfood
Here it comes: the latest craze in superfood!
We aren't talking about Goji anymore — nope, we're talking about Sea Buckthorn!
It's a fiery orange berry that comes from the same Himalayan landscape as the Goji!
Here's why it's so good:
“It grows and thrives in harsh climate conditions at an even higher altitude than goji, likely due to its nutrient makeup. Omega 7 has been a hero nutrient in clinical trials because it helps rebuild connective tissue. Omega 7 is pretty rare, which is awesome, but it also contains omega 3, 6, and 9!
