India has joined Costa Rica, Hungary and Chile as the fourth country to ban captive dolphin and orca shows.

They've enacted the ban because they claim the animals' high level of intelligence grants them status as "non-human persons."

That's ahmayzing! That means they get rights!

India’s Ministry of the Environment and Forests said in a statement:

Killer Whales Put On Show For Couple On Boat

Wow! That's ahmayzing!

This is seriously a once in a lifetime event!

Rich and Laura Howard are a couple who were vacationing in Mexico, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary.

When underwater, filming some friendly sea lions, the dive master suddenly signaled to them to come to the surface, the dive was over.

Confused, they quickly realized that there were whales swarming the area… killer whales!

As they got in the boat and sped away… the whales followed them, playing in the boat's wake!!

Check out the video (above) for some big orca whale's putting on a free show!

Killer Whale Chases Dog!!

Omg! That's crazzzzy!

Some people were hanging out dangerously close to a wild killer whale and filming it.

Someone had their dog with them and was letting the pooch swim around the killer whale!

The whale eventually started to chase after the dog!

That owner was really dumb because that whale could've so easily killed the poor puppy!

They're called KILLER for a reason!

Check out the video (above) to see a dog's narrow escape!

Killer Whale Horrifically Injured At SeaWorld

Nakai, an 11-year-old Killer Whale, was severely injured at SeaWorld.

He apparently "came into contact with a portion of the pool" and scraped his chin so badly that it exposed "both underlying tissue and bone."

That is absolutely AWFUL!

We think it's horrible enough that they keep wild orcas and force them to perform for crowds, but when one of them gets hurt, it's too much.

He's apparently doing well and on tons of antibiotics but still, it should never have happened in the first place.

Check out the GRAPHIC video (above) to hear some theories on what exactly might have happened.

PETA brought a lawsuit against SeaWorld on behalf of its orca whales.

They claimed that the whales should be released under the 13th amendment which is all about anti-slavery rights.

The case wasn't immediately dismissed and U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Miller actually heard the case. He was the first judge to hear a case about the constitutional rights of animals.

The judge eventually dismissed it and said in his ruling:

PETA Fires Back After SeaWorld Tries To Have Orca Enslavement Lawsuit Dismissed

orca-lawsuit-peta.jpg

As we previously mentioned, PETA is trying to sue SeaWorld under the 13th Amendment which prohibits slavery.

They argue that the 13th Amendment covers creatures of all species, and that SeaWorld rips orcas out of their homes and away from their families to be forced to perform.

The lawsuit was brought against SeaWorld by PETA, former trainer Ric O'Barry, some other experts and now Phil Hirschkop.

Hirschkop won an unprecedented case, Loving v. Virginia, which made interracial marriage legal.
