A mom from Utah named Valerie Bruno is really upset with a judge who encouraged her to cut off her daughter's lovely ponytail in order for the little girl to receive a lighter amount of community service.

The trouble started when Kaytlen Lopan and her friend were charged after cutting off several inches of another girl's hair. The two mean girls pretended to be the toddler's friend before hacking off the locks.

SO the judge gave the defendant's mother a choice

MTV Orders SIX New Shows To Their Lineup

mtv-orders-new-scripted-and-reality-shows.jpg

It's pretty safe to stay that MTV has nothing to do with music anymore, right?

The network has just ordered SIX new shows, two scripted and four reality, to their upcoming lineup.

On the scripted side, we have Underemployed, a series that takes a comedic look at the post-college generation who are trying to get ahead in today's economy. The second show, Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous, stars comedian and viral video dude Bo Burnham as a man who drops out of a college and hires a documentary crew to film him as he tries to get famous.

MTV's four new reality shows include Catfish, a show that will bring couples together who have only interacted with each other online, WakeBrothers about pro wakeboard Philip Soven and his brother, Wait Till Next Year, a show about a high school football team trying to break their 5-year losing streak, and finally, Hoods, a show about celebs who go back to where they grew up. You know, like Cribs. Except, it's called Hoods.

Are U excited for MTV's new lineup??

Madonna Denies TIFF Diva Demands

We didn't believe it when we heard about Madonna's crazy orders backstage at the TIFF Festival yesterday.

She had apparently demanded that volunteers face the wall as she walked past them, so none of them could get a glimpse of the singer.

But thankfully her rep has come out to deny the rumors, saying:

Oksana Defies Judge, Does Larry King Interview

This could cost her big time.

Despite Judge Scott Gordon's orders to stay away from the media, Oksana Grigorieva went ahead and taped an hour-long interview with Larry King Saturday night, so that she could speak out "on behalf of battered women."

Sources say that Oksana did the interview because she's currently working with the group, Peace Over Violence, and "she feels she's been silent too long and feels bad for other battered women if she stays silent."

Larry reportedly played several of the infamous Mel tapes and asked her for reaction. Oksana told Larry that "Mel is a great father, but he needs therapy to deal with his issues so he can safely be around Lucia."

We're not sure why Oksana was willing to risk her side in the custody case, especially since the Judge told her that if she went against his orders, it could cost her when it came to awarding custody. For her sake, let's just hope he's willing to look past this.

After leaving the country and jetting off to Los Angeles, the attorney general's office in Mexico has ordered Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman to return to Cancun to answer more questions about the murder of his wife Monica Beresford-Redman.

If he doesn't abide by their order, the Mexican government has the right to ask the United States for help to get him back. Since it would be on a voluntary basis, sources say that Bruce won't return.

And so the plot thickens again…

We just hope that Monica's family and children get some peace.
