After attending a practice with the UCLA baseball team, Charlie Sheen found out that he’s not in great shape.

He reportedly headed straight to the weight room after practice and went again the next day.

Kate Hudson has been rocking a considerably curvier figure ever since she appeared in the film, The Killer Inside Me, in which she apparently wanted to look a lot more out of shape and even more fug!

She says:

'I’ve been counting calories and it works. I wanted to look plainer, not glamorous. Small town.'

We actually think she looks much healthier this way, so we'd suggest not dieting too hard, bb!
