An Italian couple just lost their appeal on a guilty verdict of obscene acts in public.

The couple was previously found guilty for being caught having sex outdoors.

The 60-year-old man and 40-year-old woman planned to have some hot outdoor sex while the rest of Italy was inside, watching a World Cup soccer match on TV.

We guess they wrongly assumed, like us, that every single person in Italy is an enormous soccer fan.
