Decisions, decisions!

Earlier this week, we learned that Lindsay was giving serious consideration to taking the plea deal in her felony grand theft trial, and that she'd have until Wednesday to decide.

Now, her deadline has arrived, and she must choose to either take the plea deal for a three month jail sentence, which could easily be reduced significantly due to overcrowding, or she could go forward with the trial and risk a heftier sentence.

Make the right choice, Lindz! We'd def take that plea deal, if it were us.

Oh shiz! The girl just got lucky….again!

Lindsay Lohan could avoid felony charges because the alleged stolen necklace is possibly not worth as much as the jeweler claims!

According to several prominent jewelers, the necklace is question is said to be only worth anywhere between $800-$1,000!!

The necklace was sold for $2,500, which jewelers say was extremely overpriced. The good news (for Lindsay) is that if the item in question has a value of less than $950, then Lindsay could only be charged with petty theft, a misdemeanor with a maximum of 6 months in L.A. County Jail.

Lindsay could easily escape going to jail due to overcrowding.

Yet another lucky break for Lindsay!

No release this week!

The LA County Sheriff's Department revealed that Lindsay Lohan will NOT be released this week after all.

She still may only end up serving 13 days of her sentence. However, due to overcrowding at Lynwood, she could be released as early as Sunday, August 1.

And then rehab will welcome her with open arms!
