We're pretty sure all the legal drama surrounding Caitlyn Jenner's infamous car crash is never going to end.
For those of you who don't remember, last year the reality star was involved in a fatal accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.
At the time, the former Olympian's SUV hit a Lexus driven by Kim Howe, which then hit a Prius driven by Jessica Steindorff.
Kim's car was pushed into oncoming traffic, where she was killed after getting struck by a Hummer.

The brunette has since settled the lawsuit Jessica filed against her, but now the famous female is slapping her with a suit of her own.
In Cait's cross-complaint, the celeb is saying she was being negligent at the time of the accident, because she had been sitting at the light even after it turned green.
Jessica's lawyer believes the new legal action is the 66-year-old's way of deflecting her share of responsibility, saying:
"It's unfortunate that she continues to not take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused."
