In Arkansas a puppy mill was shut down, so the ASPCA has stepped in and is providing veterinary care, diagnosing, treatment and playtime for all the
refugees puppy dogs.
Many of dogs were neglected and had skin problems, fleas and other medical conditions. Several dogs were even found dead so a forensics team will be performing necropsies.
