Rob Kardashian is finding out the hard way that nobody is above the law!

The reality TV star is currently facing charges of battery and petty theft after a run-in with a paparazzo outside an LA gym turned ugly!

For those of you who don’t remember, last March Rob was simply trying to get his workout on when a photographer tried to snap some shirtless pics of him in the parking lot.

Obviously, he didn’t appreciate that and asked her to delete the embarrassing photos from her camera, but when she didn’t he got a little physical with her and STOLE her memory card!

The Prometheus star was spotted taking her son Jackson out for lunch on Sunday, but gurl was NOT happy about it!

Shia LaBeouf may be putting all of his past drama with Alec Baldwin — AND his recent foot injury — behind him, but unfortunately, his general grumpiness doesn't seem to have gone anywhere!

The actor, who may soon star alongside Brad Pitt in Fury, was spotted in LAX yesterday after catching a flight from London looking none too pleased to have paparazzi tailing him…and even got aggressive by pushing one out of his way as he tried to reach his ride!

This nightmare feels never-ending!!!

The pap that allegedly trespassed to get a snap of a heavier shirtless Rob Kardashian is taking legal action after he reportedly assaulted her and stealing her camera equipment back in March.

Believe it!!!

Even though the pap, Andra Vaik, supposedly crept into a private West Hollywood gym parking lot to get that embarrassing money shot, Rob is STILL liable because he stole her meal ticket (aka her camera's memory card).

Andra's lawyer explained:

Miley Cyrus wasn't so smiley when she was spotted with her HUGE engagement rock picking up some frozen yogurt at Menchie's (see below) and shopping at Target yesterday in Studio City.

Nothing like a brain freeze to get her mind off those wedding woes!

But seriously, who knew she ran her own errands?! That gurl is so down to earth, even if she doesn't look like she's enjoying it very much.

Though she's vowed not to tweet about her private life, we're happy the paparazzi are there to snap those candid moments!

Those pesky paparazzi!

We get that having cameras flashing around you at all times can be a tidbit annoying, but you might want to double check when trying to duck and cover in what you think is your car.

You never know if Lindsay Lohan is who could be behind that wheel!

Poor Anne Hathaway is probably a little embarrassed after rushing to a black SUV outside of LAX that wasn’t actually HER black SUV!

Don’t you hate when you mix up your SUVs!

But luckily Anne can rely on the kindness of strangers - or at least on the kindness of drivers.
