It looks like Lindsay Lohan has one less thing to worry about as she adjusts to the rehab life!

LiLo was in the rare position of being on the GOOD side of some legal news, as she has apparently settled a lawsuit with injured paparazzo Grigor Balyan outside of court!

For those of you who need a refresher, the photographer sued the troubled starlet after her assistant ran over his foot while he was trying to snap some pics back in 2010!

OUCH!

It seems that may be the way to boost your star power if what Nick Lachey is hinting about Kim Kardashian is true!

Olivier Martinez must've had a pretty rough flight, because he was NOT a happy camper when he landed at LAX last night!

After arriving in Los Angeles with Halle Berry and her daughter Nahla, the actor and his family were greeted by none other than the paparazzi. Well apparently he wasn't feeling all the flashes and things quickly got physical!

As the trio made their way to their car, Halle asked the swarm to keep their distance, saying "Get away, there's a child!" But when one of the photographers didn't listen to his fiancé's pleas, Olivier decided to deliver the message with his foot and allegedly kicked the paparazzo multiple

Remember that paparazzo who SUED Lindsay Lohan back in January of 2012 claiming the starlet injured him with her car in 2010?

Vaguely?

Well, Grigor Balyan, the dude in question, is ACHING to get Lilo to attend a deposition, but all his attempts at wrangling the red head have been in vain…

And now he's PISSED that Lindz would rather party-hAArdy and shop her face off than address her legal responsibilities, ESPECIALLY since she reportedly said she couldn't meet up with Grigor because she's not living in El Lay anymore…

Yet she obviously WAS in the sunny state recently as she surprisingly showed up to her lying-to-cops-car-crash hearing!!

Grigor is allegedly insisting that a Judge MAKE Lindsay sit down for a deposition AND that she pay $4,842.43 for his lawyer fees.

Unfortunately for Grigor, getting Lindsay to do ANYTHING that doesn't require a neon-glo wristband is harder that heart surgery — and getting her to PAY him money is like trying to squeeze water out of a stone…

IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!

You don’t mess with the Biebs!

Seriously, Justin Bieber is no joke, especially when it comes to the paparazzi.

And now he might be getting some much desired justice in a case where he was chased at a high speed by a paparazzo trying to snap a pic of the teen heartthrob.

You see, an appeals court has determined that photographer Paul Raef’s case should be sent back to the judge who threw out the reckless driving charges because the appeals court decided the California paparazzo law does not violate the 1st Amendment.

Hot damn, this could be bad news for paparazzi in El Lay!

Now, Judge Thomas Rubinson will have to either rethink his original ruling or affirm that throwing out the charges was the correct way to go.

Basically, he's either a Belieber or not. LOLz!
