Just ONE day following the death of the Biebs-following paparazzo, Justin Bieber was caught with a blunt in a Newport Beach hotel room!

Now, this is VERY intriguing seeing as how sources close to Justin were ADAMANT about denying the claims Chris Guerra made of his pot-smoking the day before.

They even branded him OBSESSED!

Guerra lost his life trying to snap a shot of the alleged dragon-puffer, but Biebs didn't seem too down about it when he and some friends were lettin' loose the next day.

Tuesday's incident was a prime example of the less-than-stellar safety practices of the paparazzi, but Chris Guerra was a human and a loved one before anything else.

And even though he shouldn't have been putting himself — or others for that matter — in danger, his memory shouldn't be heavily tarnished with the collective opinion of the general paparazzi.

Before being struck by another car in pursuit of the perfect Justin Bieber photo, Chris was a "sweet, cool guy" according to one of his fellow shutterbugs. The 29-year-old was always nice to the celebrities, he says, continuing with:

Chris Guerra was so excited about his "big scoop" on Justin Bieber's New Year's Day celebration, but the zeal cost him his life.

In pursuit of a scandalous Bieber photo, the 29-year-old celebrity photographer was struck by a Toyota SUV on Sepulveda Boulevard near Getty Center Drive just before 6pm on Tuesday.

But the driver who hit him will NOT face charges. Having fully cooperated with the authorities, the man seems to be off the hook as Guerra was not crossing

Chris Guerra, the celebrity photographer who died Tuesday evening on the pursuit of Justin Bieber, had been working on what he believed to be a HUGE story all day long.

According to sources connected with one of the photo agencies he worked for, Chris made a call around 5:15pm alerting them that he believed Justin and Selena Gomez were staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills — NOT Mexico.

Excited about such a big scoop, he said:

We previously reported that a paparazzo was struck by a car and killed last night in El Lay, after attempting to take pics of Justin Bieber’s Ferrari.

While the Biebs himself has spoken out, it looks like one of his friends, Miley Cyrus, has taken to Twitter to voice her opinion on the unfortunate tragic incident!

Shortly after the news let out, Miley logged onto the social networking site to stick up for the Biebs and call attention to the issue of overbearing paparazzi.

We've got bad news this morning, guys.

The photo above shows the scene of a fatal New Year's Day accident.

During another sweltering case of Bieber fever, a paparazzo was KILLED on the streets of El Lay after chasing Justin Bieber's Ferrari down in hopes of a photo.

The incident occurred Tuesday evening following a traffic stop on Sepulveda Blvd. After the Biebs' white Ferrari was pulled over by California Highway Patrol, the photog got up close for a snapshot.

Uh oh! Someone looking for trouble?

Justin Bieber better be careful or else he’s going to end up with as many mugshots as Lindsay Lohan.

The Biebs took a little frustration out on some paparazzi in Miami when he threw a plastic water bottle in their one direction.

While we’d like to believe it was an innocent mistake (maybe they were standing next to a trash can??), Justin doesn’t have the best record with the paps.

Like seriously, it’s not a good record.

But this time, instead of ending up questioned by police, The Biebs was able to carry on with his day.

The outburst was mild, no one was injured and no police were around to catch him.

Maybe he’s finally learning how to get away with acting bad!

Honestly though, it might be time for him to stop with these attacks.

Bad boys are sexy and all, but we doubt Selena Gomez will put up with this for long.
