This guy needs to work out his anger issues!

For all of the good he does in the world, Sean Penn can be a real douche!

New details are coming out about the actor's assault on a paparazzo in Brentwood last October, the most significant being that he threatened to kill the guy!

Jordan Dawes claims in a new lawsuit that Penn began "kicking and punching" him, broke his camera, and then said, "the next time I see you, you will be in a box."

GEESH! A little much, don't you think??

That being said: why is Dawes coming forward with these allegations now? Shady shady!
