As Oklahoma State University was hosting their annual Homecoming Parade on Saturday morning in Stillwater, Oklahoma, tragedy struck when a car traveling at "high speed" barreled through the parade crowd.
The mayor of Stillwater confirmed to reporters that at least three people are dead, two more are in critical condition, and at least 27 more have been taken to the hospital.
