We've just learned that Paranormal Activity 3 has already brought in $8 million from midnight showings, which is an improvement from PA 2, which earned $6.3 mil on its first Thursday night in release.

Paramount has announced that they expect the movie to gross at least $35 million in the U.S., but let's be honest - it's going to surpass that!

Sounds to us like there will definitely be some PROFITABLE activity going on at the Box Office this weekend! Ha!

Maybe we should just go see The Three Musketeers instead! That gets released on the same day as PA 3, and it'll probably be way less traumatizing!

……….Nah, we'll just go see Paranormal Activity 3 and sleep with the lights on for a few days weeks months! Sure, our electricity bill is gonna be hurtin', but it'll totally be worth it!

We've seen some clips and preview, but THIS is the OFFICIAL trailer to what will probably be the scariest film of the year!

OMG! Ahhh!

We're SOOO gonna have nightmares after this, but how could we not see it???

Even when we know what to expect in jumps, they still get us with the storyline and twists!

The lucky folks over at Bloody-Disgusting landed the first clip from Paranormal Activity 3's cool marketing campaign.

In a package, the group got a VHS tape labeled September 1988, and a VHS player (without cords). After looking around for them, they were able to get it up and running, and filmed what was being played on the VHS before them!

It looks SO CREEPY! Check it out above!

(Also, isn't it weird that kids these days won't know what it feels like to push a VHS tape into a player??)

Holy shiz! It's been a long time since preview has given us this kind of chills!

Check out the just-released trailer for the upcoming Paranormal Activity 3, which continues to shed some light on the origins of the malevolent entity that scared us silly the past two Halloweens (above)!

We really have to hand it to the filmmakers - they've managed to take a very isolated and simple story and really expand upon it in some truly innovative and very creative ways!

Especially HERE! Incorporating an urban legend that we know WE partook in at that age?!

We're going to have NIGHTMARES! Ahh!

Cannot WAIT for this!
