Donald Trump Claims He's Above The Law & Has 'Absolute Right' To Pardon Himself!

no title

Remember the end of Frost/Nixon when Nixon says "When the president does it, it's not illegal"? And it's this big gotcha moment because he's admitting he thinks he's above the law?

Well, if ever the term Stupid Watergate applied, it's today, as Donald Trump said with not an ounce of shame on Twitter that he has the "absolute right" to pardon himself for any crimes he commits, something his lawyers seemed to imply as well in a letter to Robert Mueller this weekend.

For the rest of us this was settled in 800 fucking years ago when the Magna fucking Carta said even kings had to obey the law of the land.

We fought the Revolutionary War against unjust rule, and the entire inspiration of the U.S. Constitution was to uphold the principle that everyone has to follow the same rules.

But this asshole says he's the exception. He wrote:

Kim Kardashian West Trying To Pardon Incarcerated Grandmother With The Help Of… Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner?!

no title

The political future for Kanye West may be a bust, but don't rule out Kim Kardashian West just yet!

The KUWTK star has been exercising her inner civil liberties activist as of late, using her influence and connections to pardon an imprisoned grandmother who was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a non-violent drug charge.

While Kanye has been making bizarre comments about slavery being a choice, Kimmy Kakes has apparently been working to free Alice Marie Johnson, who has been in jail for 21 years on money laundering and drug conspiracy charges — her first offense.

But Kim isn't working alone — she's been in heavy talks with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, along with her attorney Shawn Holley, to bring Johnson's file in front of Donald Trump. TMZ reports the file is currently on POTUS's desk for review, so it looks like the unlikely dream team might just pull this off!!

The 62-year-old, whose case gained national attention last year when Kim tweeted out the story, wrote a thank-you note to the momma-of-three expressing her "deep and heartfelt gratitude" for bringing attention to the unfair situation. She added:

Snoop Has Beef With Arnold Schwarzenegger Over His 'Racist' Final Act As Governor — Freeing A Murderer!

Wow, Snoop!

The rapper is PISSED after seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger's final act as the governor of California back in 2011 that finally took hold this week — and judging by Snoop's Instagram videos, he's not going to be backing down from this one!

Snoop is angry over the Governator deciding to shorten the prison sentence for a man named Esteban Nunez.

Nunez had been convicted of manslaughter after an incident where he stabbed a college student in a drunken fit of rage, but after initially being sentenced to at least 16 years in prison, back in 2011, Arnold's last act as governor was to shorten that sentence to seven years.

Nunez was released from jail — nine years early — on Sunday.

But this isn't just any person who Schwarzenegger decided to help get out of jail; Esteban is the son of

In his application to the parole board, he writes that he has "used the public spotlight to speak openly about the mistakes [he] made as a teenager so that others do not make those same mistakes."

That being said, it's easy to see why a lot of people are saying he's using his position as a celeb to wipe his record clean.

But during the New York premiere of The Gambler on Wednesday, the actor claimed that's not the case at all!

Mark Wahlberg Wants To Pardon His 1988 Assault Conviction In Order To Shoot Guns?!

mark wahlberg reserve cop pardon

Mark Wahlberg has portrayed a cop in several of his blockbuster hits. But has his research influenced him to become one in real life?!

In a situation where art imitates life, the Boston actor apparently wants to pardon his 1988 assault conviction — where he physically attacked two men and allegedly voiced racial slurs at them — in order to become a reserve officer.

The only problem is that becoming a reservist would require him to possibly use a firearm and convicted felons are, reasonably so, not allowed to handle dangerous weapons.

Mark Wahlberg is trying to get off from this scot-free!

Back in 1988, the actor was a troubled 16-year-old living in Dorchester, MA, when he attacked a man with a wooden stick while trying to steal two cases of alcohol from a convenience store.

He also punched another man in the face while running away from the police.

Both men he attacked were Asian and it was reported that Mark also used racial slurs against them.

This whole incident resulted in assault and other charges against him — the Transformers actor also served 45 days in jail since he was tried as an adult.

Well now, Marky Mark is seeking a pardon for his past injunctions because
