Snoop is angry over the Governator deciding to shorten the prison sentence for a man named Esteban Nunez.
Nunez had been convicted of manslaughter after an incident where he stabbed a college student in a drunken fit of rage, but after initially being sentenced to at least 16 years in prison, back in 2011, Arnold's last act as governor was to shorten that sentence to seven years.
Nunez was released from jail — nine years early — on Sunday.
But this isn't just any person who Schwarzenegger decided to help get out of jail; Esteban is the son of

He finally speaks!
It recently surfaced that Mark Wahlberg is trying to be pardoned for an assault conviction he received in 1988.
Since then, there's been a lot of speculation as to why he's trying to get it pardoned, and why he thinks it should be pardoned now!

In his application to the parole board, he writes that he has "used the public spotlight to speak openly about the mistakes [he] made as a teenager so that others do not make those same mistakes."
That being said, it's easy to see why a lot of people are saying he's using his position as a celeb to wipe his record clean.
But during the New York premiere of The Gambler on Wednesday, the actor claimed that's not the case at all!

Mark Wahlberg has portrayed a cop in several of his blockbuster hits. But has his research influenced him to become one in real life?!
In a situation where art imitates life, the Boston actor apparently wants to pardon his 1988 assault conviction — where he physically attacked two men and allegedly voiced racial slurs at them — in order to become a reserve officer.
The only problem is that becoming a reservist would require him to possibly use a firearm and convicted felons are, reasonably so, not allowed to handle dangerous weapons.

Mark Wahlberg is trying to get off from this scot-free!
Back in 1988, the actor was a troubled 16-year-old living in Dorchester, MA, when he attacked a man with a wooden stick while trying to steal two cases of alcohol from a convenience store.
He also punched another man in the face while running away from the police.

Both men he attacked were Asian and it was reported that Mark also used racial slurs against them.
This whole incident resulted in assault and other charges against him — the Transformers actor also served 45 days in jail since he was tried as an adult.
Well now, Marky Mark is seeking a pardon for his past injunctions because

Russian President Vladimir Putin!

Putin, today, publicly scolded the two imprisoned women but confirmed that they will soon be pardoned from their two-year prison sentences under an amnesty bill. He explained:

Just like every year, President Obama has pardoned two turkeys this year before Thanksgiving.
We're sure the turkeys, Peace and Liberty, were relieved to have received a stay of execution so close to Thanksgiving.
The whole Obama family was present as the Prez gave his speech.
Check it out in the above video.

A decision that only took 130 years to make!
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has decided not to pardon the infamous Wild West outlaw, Billy the Kid, who killed nine people between the years of 1878 and 1881.
Reports say that 130 years ago, territorial governor Lew Wallace promised Billy a pardon in exchange for a testimony about the killings he witnessed.
Wallace did not meet the end of his bargain and Billy was shot dead in 1881 by Sherriff Patrick Garrett after killing two deputies and escaping jail. He had been sentenced to hang.
Governor Richardson has said in the past that he was interested in the story and tried to pardon Billy to fulfill the promise of clemency. However, he decided against it due to insufficient details.
"I felt I could not rewrite history.
I have decided not to pardon Billy the Kid because of a lack of conclusiveness, and also the historical ambiguity as to why governor Wallace reneged on his pardon."
What do U think? Should Billy the Kid have been pardoned?
