Here's a small victory for Kim Kardashian West!
As we previously reported, the reality star had filed a lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com, after the site claimed she was lying about her Paris robbery.
The site had alleged that the 36-year-old had "staged" the incident and even compared her to Ryan Lochte!

But, on Monday, the brunette beauty dropped her suit against MTO because the outlet retracted the stories in question. In place of the posts, the page published an apology to the celeb, writing:
"MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about Kim Kardashian West suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris. We have permanently removed from our website any and all posts that suggested she staged the robbery, lied about it to the French police and committed an insurance crime."
The site's apology continued:
