Perfumania is looking to wed Parlux for $170 million. Though Parlux is currently soliciting other offers, it appears as if this is the deal that's going down.

Parlux's portfolio boasts celebrity and designer scents. From Rihanna to Nicole Miller, Parlux would be a great partner for Perfumania.

Rihanna is gearing up to launch her second fragrance next month!

Rebelle is "built off the sexy back of Reb’l Fleur" and has notes of strawberry, ginger, plum, vanilla orchid, cacao absolut as well as coffee and patchouli.

RiRi's sophomore scent is scheduled to debut at Macy's in early December with prices ranging from $49 for a 1.7-oz. eau de parfum spray to $59 for 3.4-oz.

And for the ultimate Rihanna fan, Macy's plans to roll out a special holiday package that includes her new CD Talk That Talk, a 3.4-oz. Rebelle and a 3.4-oz. Reb’l Fleur for $118.

A picture of Rihanna's Reb'l Fleur fragrance packaging has found its way on the internet!

Since Parlux unveiled both the bottle and packaging at the TFWA World Exhibition in October, they've added a picture of RiRi smelling a flower.
