Ahh, the dreaded hangover. While most aren't as severe as the one that made Bradley Cooper a star, they all still pretty much suck.

Thanks to a slew of upcoming holiday parties, a FitPerez reader is anticipating the worst, but is hoping there are ways to ease the pain.

Not drinking too much is the obvious solution, although Margaux J. Rathbun has some other natural ideas that will answer this reader's question:

Margaux, during the holiday season I go to a lot of parties and drink wine, hard alcohol, and champagne. Tis the season, right? The problem is that I get wicked hangovers the next day. What can I do to make sure my hangovers aren't terrible? Any nutrition tips?

According to Margaux:

In case you have a little “too much” fun one of these nights, there are some ways you can relieve your hangover using nutrition. First of all, be sure that you are staying hydrated with plenty of water, before, during, and after your drinking. You can also try some herbal teas to help settle your stomach, such as ginger and chamomile tea.

Be sure to eat plenty of “hangover healing” foods rich in vitamins (especially B vitamins) and minerals. Apples, bananas, limes, lemons, leafy greens, and whole grains are good choices. Some herbs that can help your hangover include evening primrose oil, cumin, and slippery elm bark. While you are drinking, choose light colored drinks. Drinks that are dark in color tend to have more chemicals that form during fermentation, causing the blood vessels to dilate and produce awful headaches.

Star Jones dropped some BIG news on The Wendy Williams Show.

Her novel, Satan Sisters, a book that Wendy herself is a biggg fan of…

…will become a TV show!

At least that's what it seems like.

Jones didn't give out much more information, probably because things are still in the works.

From what we heard about the book (drugs, sex, talk show hosts, parties) it definitely seems like it would make a great TV show.

Parties can be a blast if you're in the mood to have a good time, but they can be plain awkward if you're not!

A FitPerez reader who gets too nervous to socialize at public events wrote to Dr. J for advice, asking:

I get really nervous when I go to parties or places when I don’t know that many people and it’s hard for me to have fun. How can I change that?

According to Dr. J:

We ALL get butterflies. The trick is to not allow crowds nor strangers to paralyze your purpose. Don't put your personal power on a lay-away plan because you are intimidated by the unknown. It's time to crank-up the volume and design your Party Plan. With a goal in mind you will be able to take your mind off your nerves and focus on the People, the Place, the Party! Your game plan will be exactly that…a GAME!

Rules of engagement: Be the person You desire to attract. It's easier to make friends when You're friendly. Then, see how many names you can recall during the duration of the day or evening. When You pass someone that you met earlier as you make your way through the crowd, make a point of acknowledging them and calmly call out their name. Public acknowledgment of others will not only keep your mind off your nerves, but will turn acquaintances into safe harbors in a room otherwise full of strangers.

And finally, do your homework. Watch the news, read the paper, check the internet before you head to your event. Have something interesting to talk about ready to go in your back pocket so the conversations flow and you don't have to worry that you'll end up tongue-tied! Do these things and you will make a lasting impression. Change is not easy, so remain steadfast in your efforts and gradually you will see your thoughts about social outings switch from nervous to excited. You are unforgettable and you simply need to plug back in to your Personal Power to let everyone see that. These butterflies have wings…so get out there and Soar!

The life of Diddy!

The media mogul womanized several seksi looking models in St. Tropez over the weekend while he hosted a party at Le Club 55.

Diddy hit the shores of the French Riviera earlier in the day then made his way to the beach club where women were seen flocking toward him. Must have been that pleasing cigar smell.

Never change, Diddy.

Damn! We want to party with Hermione Granger! LOLz!

Emma Watson has once again opened up about her decision to transfer from Brown University, but once again wants to ensure that everyone knows that it had nothing to do with rumors that she was subjected to bullying while there.

In fact, she even threw a rager for her classmates!

She explains:

"It made me so sad when all this stuff came out that I left Brown because I was being bullied. It made no sense at all. Brown has been the opposite. I've never even been asked for an autograph on campus. I threw a party for nearly 100 students and not a single person put a photo on Facebook. Anyway, even if I was being given a hard time, I wasn't going to wuss out of university because someone said 'Wingardium leviosa' to me in a corridor, or 'Ten points for Gryffindor.' I've been dealing with the media since I was nine. If I can't stand up to a few people giving me a hard time, it's a bit pathetic, really. I've had so much worse. I say to my friends, 'Why hasn't X called me? Why doesn't anyone ever pursue me?' They're like, 'Probably because they're intimidated.' It must be the fame wall. It must be the circus that goes around me. Me, as a person, I find it hard to believe I would be intimidating. Sometimes, maybe because they feel intimidated, they feel they have to knock me down. They know perfectly well who I am, but they'll ask me, 'How are the Narnia films going?' I'm single at the minute."

Oh man!

We cannot get over how smart, well-spoken, and HIGHlarious she is!

Not only do we doubt that anyone would try and seriously bully her, but we wouldn't put it past her to seriously put anyone who tried in their place! As they should!

Do NOT disrespect the Granger! Ha!

And don't worry too much about the dating, gurl!

Sometimes it just takes a little while to find the right person! They'll come around!
