Shakira's Hips Don't Lie Under Oath As She Wins Lawsuit Against Ex!

Shakira's old boyfriend is dissed and dismissed!

The Los Angeles Superior Court ruled in favor of Shakira, dismissing the lawsuit filed against her by her ex, Antonio de la Rua.

This case was one of three lawsuits that Antonio had filed, claiming that he had a "partnership" in Shakira's income and that he was the brains behind some of her most popular hits. Yeah, we were pretty sure that accusation was borderline Illegal!

Thankfully, as of today, all three of his cases have been rejected. Time to rejoice Team Shakira!

Antonio had lost similar cases in New York, and in Geneva, where a Swiss judge determined they were never legal partners to begin with.

Shakira brought this precedent setting case up as part of her argument, as well as the fact that the two signed a prenuptial-type agreement that said the two were to keep their incomes separate.

We're glad Shakira gets full custody of her She-Wolf in the closet, and, of course, gets to keep all her hard earned income. Congrats gurl, you must be Waka Wak-ing on air!

paula deen caesars today show n word racist deposition admission admit racial jokes legal matters

Paula Deen probably should've held her tongue this morning on the TODAY show when she seemingly bragged about only being dropped by TWO business partners because she uses used the n-word and has no idea if and/or why it's offensive.

She can now add a third to that list!

The professional relationship between Paula Deen and the Caesars Entertainment Corporation has been

Matt Damon, Ben Affleck Bromance Threatened By Other Woman John Krasinski!

Matt Damon Ben Affleck John Krasinski Bromance

That’s like Batman and Robin breaking up!

What is Hollywood without its favorite bromance?

We hopefully won’t have to find out as Matt Damon and Ben Affleck aren’t breaking up as besties…yet.

But, Ben might want to watch his back as John Krasinski is keeping his BFF cozy these days.

Hmm, not a bad substitution at all!

Matt and John (Majohn? Jatt?) were working on a new writing project, Promised Land, and getting in a lot of private time together as John revealed:

Michael Urie Attempts To Learn The Football Basics In Newest Partners Promo

It's football season and when the first season of Partners premieres on Monday, Michael Urie is going to let a straight man try to teach him all about America's favorite sport.

Based on the newest promo for the show (above), it doesn't go so well.

Maybe the NFL just isn't his thing, but that's okay! There are plenty of other sportball leagues out there to enjoy.

We suggest dodgeball. There are a lot less rules and it's a lot more fun!

EXCLUSIVE! Partners Main Title Sequence!

Filed under: TV NewsMichael UrieSophia Bush

Partners doesn't premiere on CBS until September 24 at 8:30 p.m., but we've got the main title sequence for you NOW, which features a crazy cool theme song sun by Imagine Dragons!

The new comedy from the creators of Will & Grace stars David Krumholtz, Michael Urie, Brandon Routh and Sophia Bush as four friends that make up three different couples — one gay, one straight and one that is all business.

Based on the simple, yet fun little title sequence, we're loving it already!

And while we don't think the song will become as iconic as I'll Be There For You of Friends fame , those days of the sitcom are over. Viewers prefer something short and sweet before the laughs start rolling in, which is exactly the kind of theme song that was created from Imagine Dragons' track On Top Of The World.
