This scary story just keeps getting more and more complicated.
As we previously reported, YouTube star Calum McSwiggan claimed he was attacked outside West Hollywood's gay club The Abbey over the weekend, after celebrating a fun weekend at VidCon.
While the LGBT lifestyle vlogger alleges he was jumped by three strangers after leaving the El Lay hotspot, police investigating the incident say the Brit showed no signs of injury or evidence of any attack.
In fact, they arrested him for vandalizing a car after the altercation, but he was transferred to a hospital after he began to hurt himself in the holding cell.
And now, in addition to the vandalism charge, the internet celeb is also being charged with filing a false police report.
According to WEHOville, the online personality was faced with the new charge on Wednesday at LAX Courthouse.
However, the UK native took to Facebook that same day to insist that he's telling the truth about the night's events, describing the alleged attack:
