Margaret Thatcher was a polarizing figure, and people STILL either love her or hate her even after she's passed. She did help pave the way for women in politics, though!

On the flip side, there are people that can never forget that she was called The Iron Lady for a reason. If we made a list of those people, we'd be willing to bet that singer Morrissey would add his own name RIGHT AT THE TOP!

Morrissey just put the former Prime Minister on blast, calling her barbaric! Here's what he said:

As if we weren't already upset enough about Roger Ebert's passing, we have such mixed emotions over his wife Chaz's description of their life together — we're saddened that such an amazing time together has to come to and end, but we're elated that they had that experience together at all!

Remembering her beloved, she eloquently revealed:

"We were getting ready to go home today for hospice care, when he looked at us, smiled, and passed away. No struggle, no pain, just a quiet, dignified transition."

"He fought a courageous fight. I've lost the love of my life and the world has lost a visionary and a creative and generous spirit who touched so many people all over the world. We had a lovely, lovely life together, more beautiful and epic than a movie. It had its highs and the lows, but was always experienced with good humor, grace and a deep abiding love for each other."

We lost a legend today. The renowned film critic Roger Ebert passed after an arduous battle with cancer. And yet, his influence in film and criticism remains as visible as it ever has been.

President Obama released a statement upon the announcement of Roger's death, saying:

Kristen Bell couldn't stay away from wonderful hubby Dax Shepard last December, while he was visiting his father in the hospital in Detroit.

And while she was there, she introduced her father-in-law to the soon-to-be newest member of the family. Dax writes:

The more we hear about the days before Mindy McCready’s suicide, the clearer it becomes that she was struggling to deal with unimaginable pain.

It seems that Mindy was doing all she could to hold onto the spirit of her boyfriend who had recently committed suicide, David Wilson.

In fact, she claimed to her friend, Danno Hanks, that his ghost had come to visit her.

She revealed:

While everyone was shocked to hear Mindy McCready had committed suicide, it is less shocking when you realize she had attempted suicide four times before.

The country singer had a dark past that involved one attempt at cutting her wrists and a number of overdoses, including one that occurred while she was pregnant with her oldest son.

Her first overdose was in 2005 and involved pills and alcohol that she took during an abusive relationship with Billy McKnight.

Mikael Wood, a Los Angeles Times music writer, revealed details about the attempt:

While we know quite a bit about Mindy McCready’s death this past weekend, there is still so much that is unknown.

It was reported that her Arkansas house was poorly maintained at the time of her suicide, but that report is now being denied.

Mindy’s friends and family want to make it clear that the country singer was not living in a filthy home whatsoever at the time of her death.

Shawn Carnes, Mindy's friend, has spoken out on behalf of her family to clear up the false report. He explained:
