This year marks the 29th anniversary of Macy’s Passport which helps raise awareness and funds for the fight against HIV/AIDS.
And to help generate funds, Macy’s has put together their Glamorama charity benefit event which takes place in Minneapolis, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco this year.
The fundraiser features celebrity guests, appearances, and performances to also help raise money for charities that help fight childhood illness, cancer and HIV/AIDS.
And this year the organization is mourning the death of Macy’s Passport’s Founding Chair, Dame Elizabeth Taylor. Supporter Sharon Stone will be at the El Lay event to introduce a special tribute to Elizabeth.
And if you’re feeling nostalgic, check out the clip above of Miz Taylor speaking out for the fight against AIDS.
The Los Angeles Glamorama takes place next Friday. For more info, check out Macys.com/Glamorama.
