Ugh! Mariah Yeater is still looking to hit Bieber gold!

The 20-year-old oddity is still claiming Justin Beiber is the baby daddy of her now 5-month-old son.

She recently told reporters:

“I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case — I do believe he is the father."

HE ALREADY TOOK TWO! Why would they need another DNA test?

Yeater's fancy lawyer says Justin has taken the test but has failed to turn them over to the court. He promises that they will file the lawsuit again if he they don't get a test soon:

"If negotiations with Bieber’s counsel does not result in DNA testing of everyone under mutually agreeable and controlled conditions, then the legal proceedings will likely need to be refiled."

HERE'S THE THING: Lawyers are expensive, so are publicists. This whole baby daddy ordeal is costing Justin a pretty penny! So, clearly, Yeater's team is trying to sting this out as long as possible until Bieber is sick of the bad press and the waisted money and just settles with their client!

Don't do it Justin!

So, remember when we told you that Mariah Yeater's ex-boyfriend Robbie Powell claimed HE was the real daddy, and not Justin Bieber? And he was willing to go to the media and prove it?

Well, that didn't make her lawyer, Jeffrey Leving too happy because he's accusing the ex of doing the same thing that Mariah has been accused of: exploiting the child for media attention.

Leving says that Powell is a hypocrite for going to the media; and if he really cared about the child, he would have gone to him directly.

Mariah Yeater, the woman who STILL alleges that Justin Bieber fathered her baby, is demanding ANOTHER paternity test from the singer.

Her ridiculous attorney Jeffrey Leving wants to make sure that he is present to make sure that the urine sample actually belongs to him.

Sounds a little creepy and pervy, if you ask us!

Leving says:

"We have been negotiating a DNA test. We just received communication from Justin Bieber's lawyer today concerning our discussions, which are private. We are trying to set up a DNA test—to test the mother and the child and to retest Justin Bieber. Because we have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised.

I wasn't aware Justin Bieber was allegedly taking a DNA test until I read about it. I don't know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting.

We are trying to do this outside of court. If it can't be done out of court, then the only other option is to refile."

So, basically, he's admitting that he just wants to "settle" out of court so that Mariah AND him get a big payday??

WTF!

And obviously things aren't as "private" as he says they are if he's going to the media with this information. So ridiculous! Either this woman AND her lawyers don't have single clue or they're actually that ridiculous to think they're going to get away with these allegations.

Justin Bieber had no problems talking about taking a DNA test on last night's Late Show with David Letterman.

Justin even went so far as calling the alleged baby momma accuser Mariah Yeater a "weasel." He told Dave:

"I mean I could smell a weasel. People make up false accusations. I am 17, but it is going to happen….Being in the spotlight. I took it. They just swab your mouth."

Justin is absolutely certain that the kid ain't his considering he's never even met the weasel the girl.

PDA Alert!!

Justin Bieber looked purrrdy pleased with himself last night at the AMAs.

A source says he "was in great spirits when he came for a couple hours to rehearse" right after taking the test.

Just how great were his sprits? According to a witness, JB sang straight to his adorning girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who watched on from the front row.

Reveals an insider:

"At one point Justin even sang I Feel Good a la James Brown! They were totally adorable. They were snuggling in between takes, and he was serenading her! They look as in love as ever."

Damn!!! He is one smooth criminal!

The results of the paternity test aren't in, but Bieber seems more than confident that his only baby is a 19-year-old Disney channel star. And ya know what? We're pretty confident too!

Busted!!!

Like any good baby momma, Mariah Yeater has been texting her buddies about her dead beat baby daddy. The only problem is the father she's upset with isn't named Justin Bieber!

Her (ex) pal "John" is showing off some inneresting texts from Yeater. In one of the texts the 20-year-old with the paternity lawsuit against Bieber pleads with her pal to to:

"ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom."

Uh-oh! Wonder what those messages were about…? Another asks him to reley a message to the baby her son's father, typing:

"[John], would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son's life?"

Too true, it is SO important for a father to be in apart of his son's life. It's also important to keep quite if you want to get paid! Which is what Yeater reminds John, by texting:

"Ill kick u when we get paid."

Is this John fellow telling the truth? It' would be incredibly easy for someone to simply switch the names of his contact to say "Mariah Yeater."

It's totally possible this whole text thing is bs — but that doesn't mean we believe Mariah's story either!

They say you can tell a lot about a person by their friends. This John guy is throwing Yeater under the bus for tabloid cash (even if it's a lie) doesn't say much about the company she keeps!
