Nothing like throwing your teammates under the bus to try and get back at your ex-wife who has clearly moved on, right?!

After a year and a half of maintaining that he deserves an annulment for his marriage to Kim Kardashian, on the grounds of fraud, Kris Humphries will square off against his soon-to-be-ex-wife in a courtroom on May 6th.

And although we've already seen his lawyer quit and claim there's no legal grounds for the annulment and his parents BEG him to just settle and move on with his life, the Brooklyn Nets player is reportedly so hell-bent on vengeance that he's ignored everyone around him…and now, may be willing to skip out on his own team if they make it to the 2013 NBA Playoffs and the games conflict with the upcoming trial!

We had a bad feeling that something like this would happen.

Over the weekend, Britney Spears was thrown for a loop when Don Philip, a singer who performed a duet with the pop star on her debut album …Baby One More Time, auditioned for X Factor in San Francisco and used the opportunity to tearfully come out of the closet to her!

Unfortunately, once he actually performed, all of the judges found him to be ill-suited for the competition, and he was turned down!

Well, of course, Don has now taken to Facebook to take some pretty low digs at Brit!

He apparently wrote the following before taking it down:

Unfortunately, we can't say we're even surprised.

This is what happens when domestic abuse is condoned and supported by the public — people get cocky.

Although it appeared that Rihanna and Chris Brown had reconciled whatever issues they had stemming from his vicious beating of her three years ago, the pop star has once again proved how little remorse he has for the unacceptable acts of physical abuse she endured at his hands by thinking it would be appropriate to release a freestyle cover of Kanye West's Theraflu…which includes some not-so-subtle misogynistic and violence-tinged digs against his former girlfriend!

This is just pathetic.

Back in 2003, former rap superstar Master P made a movie called Uncle P (above), but he neglected to pay crew members more than $240,000.

A bunch of crew members sued P back in '05, and they won…but he STILL never paid up!

Now, the crew has taken the suit to El Lay's U.S. Bankruptcy Court, in hopes that Master P will be pushed into bankruptcy, and then an "independent trustee" will take over his assets and pay up.

If you have ANY hopes of a career resurgence, you'd be wise to pay the people you've worked with, P! Otherwise, NOBODY will want to work with you EVER AGAIN!

…Did we mention this is pathetic???

Last night, on The O' Reilly Factor, Bill O' Reilly called Miley Cyrus "pathetic" for smoking salvia.

Harsh, perhaps, but he's only saying what many of you are already thinking.

If you're a celebrity in this town, there comes a point when you have a decision to make. You can either ignore the paparazzi and come off looking like a complete bitch (MileyBird) or you can interact with them, but at arms length, so you don't seem too harsh, but also look like you have some dignity.

Or you can be like Charlie Sheen who has impromptu press conferences with the photogs outside ice cream parlors!

Kind of.

While looking miserable at the Material Girl launch on, Taylor Momsen was asked what she thought about Tim Gunn calling her pathetic.

Her response? "I don't respond to that."
