Phew!

We're glad they're trying to keep it as friendly as possible!

Although Thomas Jane and Patricia Arquette only just announced their divorce, the actress is maintaining that she and her soon-to-be ex are still friends!

She said:

"We're both really good. I don't think people would even imagine that it could be so friendly and not weird."

Well, yeah!

But these two have always been effing weird quirky, so maybe they can just focus on all of those happy times they've had, walking the red carpet barefoot over the past four years!

Uh-oh! Hopefully this one won't get ugly!

Now that Patricia Arquette has once again split from Thomas Jane, sources are reporting that the Medium actress is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their seven year old daughter, Harlow!

She's also reportedly requesting that the court deny Jane any spousal support!

Well - they both headline two relatively successful TV shows, so we can't imagine that they need any of each other's dollars!

We'll see how long this one stays as "amicable" as their representative says it is!

Looks like the divorce is back on!

Medium star Patricia Arquette and husband Thomas Jane of Hung have separated.

Back in 2009, the couple split, but got back together after a few months. Unfortunately, their rep says that this time it's real deal and "they intend to divorce."

Oh well.
