Oh, McDreamy! You sly dog, you!

Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian took Tallulah, Darby, and Sullivan on a family vacation to the Caribbean and enjoyed a little fun in the sun at the beach!

But when they kiddies weren't looking, Dr. Shepherd got a tad bit frisky and decided to check out Grey's Jillian's Anatomy with a little pat on the booty!

We're not 100% sure what led to the surprise spanking, but we're guessing Patrick was trying to congratulate his wife on a job well done on pulling off that bikini!

Or maybe he was just trying to give her a high-five and missed REALLY badly! LOLz!!

Either way, it definitely looks like he got a handful!!

Guess the 4/20-oriented coffee shop dreams will have to stay located in Amsterdam for now!

Because despite earlier comments made by Patrick Dempsey regarding the possibility of incorporating a little bit more, ahem, 'herbal refreshment' into his recently bought-up line of Tully's coffee shops in Washington states, he now wants the world to know that he was merely practically joking!

If you don't recall, Dr. McDreamy originally said:

"Coffee is good for your mind—it's basically a legalized drug. The next step is selling marijuana, of course. There's a business model there. You could present it in a beautiful, elegant way: a Michelin-starred coffee shop where you can get marijuana."

However, he now would like to clarify that:

And what better way to bring locals in for some coffee than to offer a little marijuana on the side?

Grey's Anatomy's resident brain surgeon stud, Patrick Dempsey, was seen off duty and (thankfully) poolside in Cabo San Lucas.

And to make matters even hotter, the actor was seen caring for his children on their family vacation.

These days, we find NOTHING seXXXier that a handsome, sensitive Dad.

If only that pesky wife wasn't in our way!!!

Fortunately, we're pretty sure it is his duty as a pretend doctor to give us mouth-to-mouth if we happen to lose our breath in front of him! LOLz.

Are they taking a page out of Patrick Dempsey's book and challenging the AUTHORITAY of the all-mighty STARBUCKS?!

Ashton Kutcher's relationship with Mila Kunis has been going strong for quite some time now, as they're normally photographed out and about in El Lay together grabbing brunch or hanging with their pooches!

However, earlier this week, the former That '70s Show co-stars were spotted sipping on some Starbucks as they started their day…and now, it seems as though they've had ENOUGH of the franchise…and are switching to (GASP!)….COFFEE BEAN!

McDreamy is a well rounded chiseled individual!

Patrick Dempsey leads an investment group interested in purchasing a struggling Seattle-based coffee franchise with over 100 nationwide locations.

Tully's Coffee filed for Chapter 11 recently, but the Grey's Anatomy star hopes new ownership and a rebranding can save hundreds of jobs.
