After a few months of intense feuding over kids and cash, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and attention-loving EX-husband, Paul Nassif, have settled their divorce!

Bravo reality stars revealed the good news in a joint statement today, saying:

"We're happy to announce we have reached an agreement on a settlement."

It seems the two were exhausted by the fighting, and realized how detrimental the battling could be for their three sons. The statement explains further:

Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband Paul Nassif had a rough battle over their children — it's nothing compared to the WAR their waging over the custody of her fortune!

An insider says the Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star's plastic surgeon ex is demanding HALF of her family's money, despite their iron clad prenup (like a crazy person).

Apparently Paul is 100 percent set on taking 50 percent of Adrienne's cash, and he doesn't care how long it takes him to win it. The source dishes:

"Adrienne wants to settle this divorce from Paul but he says he wants 50 percent of her money and there is no way she is going to give that to him. She doesn’t want to give him a dime and she is going to make sure that he can’t touch her assets."

Despite the fact that the Bravo star / heiress is eager to end the legal bullshiz and get back to her life, she has ZERO plans of settling!

The insider explains:

"Adrienne has wanted to settle this divorce since May but she’s not going to just give Paul money to go away, she doesn’t think he deserves it and he isn’t going to get it. Adrienne is prepared to fight Paul tooth and nail to make sure he keeps away from her money!"

Bernie, who has been seen on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, took to his Facebook earlier, posting pictures of a bruised and marked up Adrienne.

According to Adrienne Maloof new ex-husband Dr. Paul Nassif, the answer is yes! (And not fun 50 Shades of Grey way either!)

In court Friday the plastic surgeon's lawyer accused the Real Housewives star of physically and mentally abusing her ex.

During a hearing over the custody of Adrienne and Paul's three sons, Paul's reps claimed Adrienne has pushed Paul and called him "stupid, dumb and an idiot" in front of their kids.

Paul's even got the help his side! According to legal docs, the couple's head of security admits to seeing the reality star attack her husband in the back seat of the car last summer.

But Adrienne still has some people on her team. A family insider says these allegations are 100 percent false, and tells sources:
