Jack Osbourne and Lisa Osbourne are keeping pretty healthy these days, which means they don't usually keep a lot of sweets around.

But for baby Pearl's first birthday, the parents made an exception, and boy was this girl happy! Grandma Sharon Osbourne says:

Jack Osbourne and his lovely wife Lisa are some pretty impressive party planning parents!

The fam was celebrating baby Pearl's very first birthday, and they went all out! Lisa said:

"It took me about 10 seconds to come up with a theme for my daughter’s first birthday party. My go-to in life, style, decor, and apparently party planning is “Shabby Chic”. What’s so great about shabby chic decorating is that you have endless options no matter how big or small your budget is."

OMG, Jack Osbourne is so cute!

He's like this big cuddly family man, except when he speaks he sounds like a wee British boy!

But Jack definitely isn't a little boy anymore!

Since having baby Pearl back in April of last year and getting married to longtime gf Lisa Stelly in October, Jack has matured quite a bit! He says:

Introducing the newest Osbourne!

Jack Osbourne posed with mom Sharon Osbourne, who looks like she just smelled a dirty diaper, and fiancee Lisa Stelly on the cover of the latest issue of Hello! magazine. The new poppa debuted his infant daughter, preciously perfect Pearl.

Lisa gave birth to the pretty little girl just two weeks ago in El Lay, which was undoubtedly one of the greatest moments of Jack's life.

When meeting his new daughter, Jack said:

"People say when you have a kid it’s like instant love, but unless you've experienced it, it's impossible to comprehend. The moment I saw her I felt more love than I'd ever felt for anything. It was the weirdest, most overwhelming thing."

This is all new to grandmother Sharon too. Talking about seeing her son with his first child, she said:

"It’s incredible to see Jack holding his baby girl, walking around so confidently. He's very nurturing and he and Lisa are so good together."

We too can't believe that Jack Osbourne is a FATHER, either. But, looks like he's done a whole lot of growing up and maturing.

We're super happy for the whole family… and Pearl couldn't be more pretty! Congrats, Osbournes!
